DoughGirl Brookie Slabs – indulgent, shareable treats that combine our signature cookie dough with chunks of our classic brownie. Golden chocolate chip cookie dough is swirled with rich, gooey brownie, creating a soft cookie bite with a fudgy brownie centre.

Handmade by DoughGirl, this brookie gives retailers a chocolate-led option that can be warmed for extra melt and works well for customers looking for a more indulgent alternative to a standard cookie or brownie. Brownie base: Unsalted butter: MILK. Plain flour: WHEAT. Cocoa powder. EGG. Light brown sugar. Dark chocolate: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, dextrose and emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin). Vanilla extract: Water, propylene glycol; colour: carotenes. Cookie base: Unsalted butter: MILK. Light brown sugar. Caster sugar. EGG. MILK. Vanilla extract: Water, propylene glycol; colour: carotenes. Plain flour: WHEAT. Baking powder: Raising agents (E450i, E500ii), WHEAT flour (contains calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine). Salt. Sodium bicarbonate. Milk chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin) and natural vanilla flavouring.

Product Care

We recommend consuming our fresh products within a day or two of receiving them. Each product comes with an individual best before date on which is usually 6 - 7 days from receipt. You can warm our cookie pies for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.

They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
