    Our Eton Mess Blondie Slab brings a fruity twist to the classic blondie, baked the DoughGirl way: thick, buttery, and soft-centred with a perfectly chewy bite. This indulgent blondie base is loaded with white chocolate and finished with crunchy meringue pieces and sweet dried strawberry, inspired by the much-loved British Eton Mess dessert.

    Baked fresh in generous slab format and pre-sliced to suit cafés, coffee shops, delis, and dessert counters. Serve as-is, warm it slightly, or pair with coffee, ice cream, or toppings for an elevated dessert offer. A vibrant, nostalgic traybake that delivers flavour, texture and visual appeal in every slice.

    Ingredients

    Unsalted Butter: MILK. Plain Flour: WHEAT. White chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 SOYA lecithin) and natural vanilla flavour. EGG. Light brown sugar. Caster Sugar. Freeze dried strawberry. Strawberry filling: water, fruit jam (strawberry 38%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, gelling agent (E-440), acidulant (E-330), thickening-agent (E-410), preservative (E-202)), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch (E-1442), gylcerine, lemon puree (sugar, water lemon 20%, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch (E-1442), lemon juice 3%, gelling agent (E-440), preservatives (E-202), acidulant (E-331)), thickening agents (E-460, E-466), colorants (E-163, E-120), acidulant (E-334), flavour, preservative (E-202), salt. Meringue: Sugar, Pasteurised EGG white.
